Ekex is mainly dedicated to the recovery or recycling service of various plastics in SCRAP, high and low density polyethylene and PP.

The material that enters is unloaded by a crane, later taken to our collection center in our plant, where it is weighed and separated depending on its characteristics.

Grinding is the first step in the recovery process, here the material previously collected, weighed and reviewed (verification that it does not have any type of contamination) by the Plant Manager to be processed in mills with the purpose of be reduced.

Once ground, it goes through a drying and pelletizing process To later be thrown into a forced hopper where the input of the material is dosed passing through a filter where impurities are removed. Then it is cut by rotating knives to be stored in bags.

Once the filtering process is complete, the material is stored in bags, raw material called Pellet, which is in optimal conditions for conservation, subsequent sale and distribution.
